Our brief was to take this standard semi and elevate it to a large luxurious home for the Client and their family.

A new basement was excavated to provide an additional storey whilst the rear was extended at the ground and first floor.
An entirely new floor plan provides for multiple bedrooms and en-suites. The three storey staircase allows for daylight to flood the interior.
