Our brief was to take this standard semi and elevate it to a large luxurious home for the Client and their family.

A new basement was excavated to provide an additional storey whilst the rear was extended at the ground and first floor.

​An entirely new floor plan provides for multiple bedrooms and en-suites. The three storey staircase allows for daylight to flood the interior.
