Planning permission was granted for a 13-bedroom HMO in Salford, delivered in collaboration with Mialex.

The project set out to provide a well-organised, high-quality shared living environment, with a layout and specification designed to avoid the usual pitfalls of larger HMOs.

Our scheme reflects a considered approach to how shared accommodation should function in practice.
