Planning approval was secured for an infill project in Chelmsford, right on the edge of the Green Belt. Our work turned an underused garden into two new homes, using the space in a straightforward and efficient way while keeping the character of the area intact. The result give the clients a clear, practical uplift from a piece of land that had never been put to proper use.
